Holistic Learning

Holistic Learning Website

Calm, focused, and driven students tend to be happier and healthier, and their friends and family ultimately benefit too! The COVID-19 pandemic has been unbelievably stressful for students and parents alike. Holistic Learning can help students rediscover their groove and take steps towards a meaningful and fulfilling academic and professional future.

What is Holistic Learning?

Holistic Learning provides students with tools for academic, personal, and professional growth through meditation & wellness courses, learning strategies content, career seminars, college & career guidance, and 1-on-1 tutoring. The services Holistic Learning offers are proven to improve academic performance as well as personal well-being, and they are provided in a fun and accessible package.

Holistic Learning is committed to equity and access, so during the Spring semester of 2022!

all BHS students can now secure free access to all of its basic services. How great is that? See sign-up instructions below.

Why Holistic Learning?

Every student deserves the opportunity to be stress-free, focused, and confident, and it is our hope that Holistic Learning can provide that opportunity to students at BHS. Neuroscience reveals that stress and anxiety are two of the biggest barriers students face when trying to unlock their full academic potential. Managing stress and finding a sense of purpose while still in high school are not only possible, but are readily achievable. Holistic Learning is a tool for students to realize these things.
